It remains OLD news that the consumption of nonhuman flesh, byproducts and secretions CAUSES all of the following issues:
(1) degenerative diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune diseases;
(2) chronic illnesses such as arthritis, digestive disorders, acne, obesity, impotence;
(3) zoonotic origin global pandemics;
(4) hatred and discrimination as humans ingest adrenaline and cortisol hormones of nonhuman beings who experienced fear and terror minutes before their own horrific torture and death as they stood in line to watch their own fate as they witnessed same of their loved ones;
(5) Bad Karma: If we kill them, they will kill us. (See aforementioned four issues.) Why would a human being do this to himself?

On November 19, 2020, in a 144 page opinion, the United States Fourth Circuit affirmed North Carolina state court jury’s verdict of liability for compensatory and punitive damages, and remanded the award of punitive damages for a rehearing on that issue based on federal evidentiary standards in Joyce McKiver, et al. v. Murphy-Brown, LLC d/b/a Smithfield Hog Production Division.
Smithfield challenged a jury verdict against it awarding compensatory and punitive damages to neighbors of its hog production facilities. The neighbors, residents of rural Bladen County, North Carolina, sought relief under state nuisance law from odors, pests and noises they attributed to farming practices Smithfield implemented at an industrial-scale hog feeding farm which included large pits called lagoons containing millions of gallons of hog waste and approximately eight million gallons of hog feces being sprayed into the air annually in their community. The state court jury returned a verdict in favor of the neighbors and awarded $75,000 in compensatory damages to each plaintiff, along with a total of $5 million in punitive damages, which was subsequently reduced to $2.5 million due to North Carolina’s punitive damages cap.
Factory farms prove unhealthy, unnatural and unnecessary for both human and nonhuman beings. They are detrimental to both human and nonhuman health, and destructive to the planet and the environment. Moreover, when the toxins seep into the soil, water carries toxins and can contaminate nearby fruit, vegetable and grain crops.
On February 25, 2020, the International Journal of Epidemiology published the conclusion of a study commissioned by the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health and the World Cancer Research Fund which found that women who drink cow’s milk could increase their risk of breast cancer by as much as 80 percent in comparison with women who drink soy milk.
This study remains significant because it serves as an example of the Truth unraveling.
In the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s, doctors smoked cigarettes and advertised healthy benefits of smoking such as relaxation. (See below 1949 commercial “More Doctors Smoke Camels Than Any Other Cigarette.”)
Then, in 1969, the Public Health Smoking Act required all cigarette packaging to contain the statement: “WARNING: THE SURGEON GENERAL HAS DETERMINED THAT CIGARETTE SMOKING IS DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH.” Finally, doctors gradually ceased smoking and began warning patients of health dangers.
Since 1970, we have heard about the healthy benefits of the “new tobacco,” ie, meat, poultry, fish, dairy and eggs from Big Pharma doctors and Big Ag companies, but Preventative Medicine doctors and educators such as Neal Barnard, MD of the Physicians’ Committee for Responsible Medicine; Michael Greger, MD who predicted the current global pandemic in 2006; T. Colin Campbell, PhD, biochemist and Professor Emeritus at Cornell University; Caldwell Esselstyn, MD, heart disease expert who treated President Bill Clinton; Michael Klaper, MD, NASA nutrition advisor; Joel Kahn, MD, one of the world’s top cardiologists; Garth Davis, MD, Ironman triathlete; Ellsworth Wareham, MD, centenarian and one of the earliest practitioners of open heart surgery who practiced until age 74 and trained residents until age 95; et al. risked ridicule and contempt from their colleagues and the general public.
Preventative Medicine doctors and educators; Nonhuman Rights advocates, academicians and lawyers; ethical environmentalists and plant based nutritionists deserve Respect and Praise for their Accomplishments, Courage and Passion in the arenas of Education and Awareness, Advocacy and Legislation, and Rescue and Sanctuary to save the planet; solve the human sickness, sick care, financial, pandemic crises; eradicate world hunger; and end unnecessary violence and suffering (and consequential hatred and discrimination) while Big Pharma, Big Ag and cohorts focus on their next profit motivated venture, covid vaccines.
It remains old news that the elimination of animal agriculture, factory farms and CAFOs can (1) save the planet; (2) solve the sickness/sick care/financial/pandemic crises; (3) eradicate world hunger; and (4) end unnecessary violence and suffering.
The issue is what to eat. For this reason, I will be making more videos about tasty, delicious, plant based food and easy recipes soon. (This year I have been preparing an exciting surprise project and searching for a working farm for the Rescue and Sanctuary…both coming soon!)

“I want to realize brotherhood or identity not merely with the beings called human, but I want to realize identity with all life, even with such things as crawl upon earth.” Gandhi
“When I see a cow, it is not an animal to eat, it is a poem of pity for me and I worship it and I shall defend its worship against the whole world.” Gandhi
“Ethically they had arrived at the conclusion that man’s supremacy over lower animals meant not that the former should prey upon the latter, but that the higher should protect the lower, and that there should be mutual aid between the two as between man and man. They had also brought out the truth that man eats not for enjoyment but to live.” Gandhi

“How smart does a chimp have to be before killing him constitutes murder?” Carl Sagan, 1934-1996
“Humans–who enslave, castrate, experiment on, and fillet other animals–have had an understandable penchant for pretending animals do not feel pain. A sharp distinction between humans and ‘animals’ is essential if we are to bend them to our will, make them work for us, wear them, eat them– without any disquieting tinges of guilt or regret. It is unseemly of us, who often behave so unfeelingly toward other animals, to contend that only humans can suffer. The behavior of other animals renders such pretensions specious. They are just too much like us.” Carl Sagan
“Of all the creatures, man is the most detestable. Of the entire brood, he’s the one that possesses malice. He is the only creature that inflicts pain for sport, knowing it to be pain. The fact that man knows right from wrong proves his intellectual superiority to the other creatures; but the fact that he can do wrong proves his moral inferiority to any creature that cannot.” Mark Twain, 1835-1910
“The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human body, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.” Thomas Edison, 1847-1965
With respect to health, do you have health care or sick care? Think about it.
If you have health care, your doctor educates you. He is a pillar in the community. He is an advocate and an activist. He remains interested in your health and well being. He invites you to free weekly webinars, allows you to schedule time to take a walk with him and ask questions, gives lectures, hosts conferences (to which he invites everyone not only medical professionals) and writes books. He is your mentor and educator. He empowers you to live a long, healthy life by eating properly and exercising. He is a courageous and progressive leader, speaks out, speaks up and states the Truth. He believes in transparency. He respects and practices his Hippocratic Oath, “first do no harm,” and does what is right instead of what is popular. He is concerned about your only body and our only home, planet earth. He practices and prescribes a plant based diet. He has reverence for all life.
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” Hippocrates, circa 460-370 BC
The soul is the same in all living creatures, although the body of each is different.” Hippocrates
“The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human body, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.” Thomas Edison, 1847-1965
“Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.” Albert Einstein, 1879–1955 (If Einstein lived between 1970 and today, I trust he would advocate veganism.)
On the other hand, if you have sick care, your doctor lets you eat and do whatever you want. He is not active in the community nor is he an advocate or activist. He remains interested in prescribing drugs and doing procedures. He has no educational activities to offer. He is not your mentor or educator. He leads you to believe that degenerative diseases like cancer, heart disease, diabetes and autoimmune diseases; chronic illnesses like arthritis, acne, allergies, digestive disorders, impotence; joint pain, hearing aids, etc. are expected and normal parts of aging. He enables you to stay addicted to drugs, and dependent upon tests and procedures. He remains Silent on global matters. He gets paid based on the number of procedures he does and receives kick backs from Big Pharma to promote drugs. His salary increases with each sick patient.
We are moving towards a health care system for all in which all doctors get paid via Capitation, ie, all doctors get paid salaries that they retain entirely as long as all of their patients remain well. A portion of the salary is deducted for each sick patient. Accordingly, Capitation serves as Incentive for doctors to strive to achieve optimal health for all patients.
Telomeres, at the end of our chromosomes, protect chromosomes from deterioration and prevent our bodies from diseases. Although telomeres naturally shorten as we age, there exits scientific evidence of ways to slow down the process because shorter telomeres are associated with degenerative diseases and chronic illnesses.
Telomeres (a sequence of DNA) form caps at both ends of each chromosome to protect the chromosome from fraying when it’s replicated. When a cell divides, it replicates everything inside of it. Without the protection of the telomeres, chromosomes get damaged and speed up the aging process that leads to cell death.
The good news is that chronological age must not parallel cell age. In other words, we have control over this telomere shortening process with seven simple lifestyle choices, and we can stay young and healthy.
Maintain a healthy BMI between 18 and 25 because obesity is an indicator of shorter telomeres.
Exercise regularly (both aerobic and resistance) because exercise reduces oxidative stress and preserves DNA.
Manage stress (exercise, meditate, paint, garden, etc.) because those who have stressful lives have shorter telomeres.
Eat a plant based, ie, vegan (anti-aging) diet that excludes meat, fish, dairy and eggs because the antioxidants in a plant based diet repel free radical molecules that cause cell damage and inflammation.
Lower sodium and sugar intake, and remember Arnold’s nickname for white flour, white sugar and white rice from the 1980s bodybuilding years-white death!
Take a B12 supplement. Yes, every living being who does not drink water from a stream or river, or does not eat vegetables from the ground that have remnants of dirt on them needs vitamin B12 because B12 is produced by bacteria in nature.
Take chlorella to remove and detoxify heavy metals, boost antioxidants and supply your body with Omega 3s.
Human beings do not “need” dairy, and there exists NO such thing as “lactose intolerance.” Human beings are not baby cows and do not need to consume the secretions of other species.
A condition called “lactase persistence;” however, does exist.
“Mammals are born to drink milk…The milk sugar, lactose, is broken down by the enzyme, lactase. In most cases, mammals stop producing lactase after weaning, but a nucleotide switch in their DNA can keep lactase flowing into adulthood, a trait called lactase persistence.”1
Mother cows who are mammals like human beings produce milk to feed their babies for the sole purpose of their baby calves gaining several hundred pounds.
Human beings normally digest lactose for the first five to seven years of their lives, but most other mammals stop producing lactase much earlier. Cattle may be weaned from their mothers’ milk at six months to one year of age, and lambs are generally weaned around 16 weeks old.
Humans do not need cows’ milk any more than they need giraffes’ milk or zebras’ blood for a transfusion. Sadly, baby calves who truly do need their mothers’ milk, are taken from their moms during the first twenty four hours of their lives because humans think they need it more…to drink with butter and egg laden pastries, and to eat cheese and ice cream.
The reason that human beings believe they need the milk of another species for calcium, etc. is because they are addicted to it and/or they have been programmed to think they need it by the dairy industry because the meat, fish, dairy and egg industries are the new tobacco industry. (See Posts entitled, “What is our relationship with nonhuman beings?” “The Correlation between Tobacco and Big Ag” and “Sensory pleasure: Big Ag (meat, fish, dairy, egg industries) verses Tobacco” herein.)

A vegan diet contains life force energy.
A major study published in the JAMA Internal Medicine Journal shows that vegans have substantially lower death rates than those who consume meat, dairy and eggs.
Scientists at Harvard’s Mass General Hospital monitored health and diet records of more than 130,000 people over the course of thirty years. They determined that every three percent increase in calories from plant protein reduced the risk of death by ten percent, and reduced the risk of dying from heart disease by 12 percent.
Nonhuman flesh, byproducts and secretions contain high calories, and cholesterol and saturated fat which clog arteries.
Moreover, your body should be a temple. It doesn’t make sense to put dead flesh or toxic byproducts and secretions into a living body.
The factory farms are literally hell on earth. Billions of sweet, innocent living beings who are exactly like your pets at home endure unimaginable pain while they are tortured for their entire lives, and their lifeless bodies remain filled with hormones, antibiotics, blood, feces, bacteria, viruses and pus that cause a myriad of health problems, but the worst part is that you absorb the negative energy of their fear, terror and pain.
If you don’t have to deal with degenerative diseases and chronic conditions because you remain healthy, you won’t cause a premature death due to illness.
In addition, as a healthy individual, you don’t have to take medications which have side effects and a host of other symptoms from drugs.
In contrast, plant based foods are cholesterol free, and high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals which promote and enhance our health and our lives.
A plant based diet contains life force energy.

First, a plant based diet promotes foods likeoranges, cacao, sunflower seeds, watermelon, gogi berries and avocados that boost circulation which is a key factor in enhancing sexual function.
Second, when you are healthy, you don’t need to take medications that can lower libido and performance.
Third, a plant based diet unclogs arteries, and better cardiovascular health increases blood flow. A vegan diet eliminates plaque from the arterial walls and increases blood circulation. The more blood flow to a man’s penis, the more likely he will please his partner.
Fourth, a vegan diet will boost your energy level and stamina which results in a higher libido.
Fifth, a plant based diet produces lots of serotonin, the happy hormone.
When you feel happy and maintain positive energy, you want to have sex and your partner wants you.
Sixth, a vegan diet, rich in vitamins, minerals, flavonoids and antioxidants (which counteracts the effects of free radical molecules that cause cell damage and inflammation), gives you a glow and smooth, silky skin with elasticity.
Seventh, you smell fresher and sweeter.
A vegan diet, which is high in vegetables and fruit, keeps your body smelling fresh. Your body odor is significantly more attractive, more pleasant, and less intense than those who consume meat, dairy and eggs.
Apparently, a woman’s vagina can develop a fishy odor which is a consequence of a compound of decay called putrescine, a foul smelling chemical compound that is related to cadaverine, a foul smelling compound related to nonhuman tissue. Both compounds are produced by the breakdown of amino acids in living and dead organisms, and both are toxic in large doses. The two compounds are largely responsible for the foul odor of putrefying flesh, and contribute to bad breath and bacterial vaginosis. They are also found in semen.
Women are more likely to get bacterial vaginosis if they have lower levels of phytonutrients like vitamin C and beta carotene in their bloodstream which indicates a low intake of vegetables and fruit. In addition, a high saturated fat intake increases vaginal pH and also increases the likelihood of getting bacterial vaginosis. Most saturated fat in the United States comes from dairy (cheese, butter, yogurt, milk, ice cream), chicken and desserts.
Finally, your natural lubrication increases.
A vegan diet naturally increases lubrication for women because the high water volume in vegetables and fruit keeps your body hydrated. Vegetables and fruit also hydrate the skin, plump out fine lines and produce a radiant glow. Healthy fats such as flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, nuts and avocados actually nourish and tone your vagina.
Pacifism can literally save our planet.
Pacifism means nonviolence and creates a higher level of consciousness.

First, a plant based diet helps with depression because a vegan diet includes more complex carbohydrates than diets based on meat, dairy and eggs. Complex carbohydrates increase the feel good hormone, serotonin, in your brain.
Sources of complex carbs are whole grains such as rice, quinoa and oats; pasta; barley; potatoes; corn; and legumes (beans, peas, peanuts and lentils).
Second, a vegan diet boosts your immune system because you consumemore vitamins and nutrients than you would if you ate meat, dairy and eggs. You help prevent illnesses and diseases with vitamin C which helps your body produce antibodies and stimulates the production of white blood cells, and vitamin E which acts as a powerful antioxidant that fights infection. Less illness and disease contribute to a better mood, more energy and overall happiness.
Third, a plant based diet improves your quality of sleep due to the increased consumption of minerals such as magnesium and calcium which are conducive to more regulated and effective sleep cycles. Magnesium helps the quality of your sleep and calcium aids your sleep cycle. Sources of magnesium and calcium are green vegetables, oats, figs, tofu, beans, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, barley, oranges and raisins.
Fourth, a vegan diet decreasesanxiety and stress because a vegan diet lowers your blood pressure, cholesterol and weight. In addition, you consume more vitamins and minerals including calcium, potassium, magnesium and vitamin B that have been linked to lower stress levels; and vitamins A, C and E which contain antioxidants thatrepel free radical moleculeswhich cause cell damage and inflammation.
Fifth, a plant based dietallows you to vibrate at a high frequency so that you stay mentally and spiritually clear. Veganism produces lots of serotonin or the happy hormone.
In addition, peace begins on your plate. It doesn’t make sense to put dead flesh or toxic byproducts and secretions into a living body. Nonhuman beings are sentient, conscious and self-aware. In the factory farms, they can smell death and fear. They know what is happening to their loved ones, and they know their fate. When living beings know their death is imminent, they release hormones such as cortisol into their bodies because they don’t want to die. They go into a state of fear and terror.
When you consume the flesh, byproducts and secretions of nonhuman beings, your energy, mood and spirit are adversely affected because you absorb the negative energy of their pain.
Today, a lot of people live in fear. Gandhi proposed, “The enemy is fear. We think it is hate; but, it is fear.”
When you vibrate on a low frequency, your energy is dense and dark, and you experience heavy problems, lethargy, drama, physical pain, depression, and other negative, toxic emotions.
In contrast, when you vibrate at a high frequency, your energy is light, and you enjoy personal power, clarity, peace, love, joy, synchronicities and manifestations.
Moreover, a vegan diet does not include the presence of arachidonic acid (or AA), a nonhuman source of omega-6 fatty acids that causes mood disturbing changes at high levels. Bipolar disorder or manic depression is a severe psychiatric illness which is treated with anti-manic drugs that decrease AA in the brain.
Finally, a vegan diet opens your third eye or your pineal gland which raises your level of consciousness, intuition, knowledge and wisdom.
Plants are live foods full of enzymes and rich nutrients as opposed to dead foods that calcify and block your third eye which keeps you in a low frequency and in a state of fear.
